Mr. Adiv Baruch is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Pinpoint Advance Corp. Until November 2006, Mr. Baruch was the President and Chief Executive Officer of BOS Better On-Line Solutions Ltd, a company publicly traded on NASDAQ under BOSC. Prior to joining BOS, Mr. Baruch served as Executive Vice President, Business Development of Ness Technologies, and is part of the founding members of the company. Mr. Baruch is also a former partner and active director of IPEX, acquired by Ness. Mr. Baruch has served in the capacity of founder, executive, and director for several IT companies and Internet start-ups, and was significantly involved in the M&A process and in assisting these companies in their global expansion.

Mr. Citron founded Zone4Play in 2001 and has held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and director since Zone4Play's inception and until May 8, 2007 when he ceased to be Chief Executive Officer. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Citron was the founder and President of Gigi Media Ltd., a private company, engaged in the business of development of Internet search engines. From 1994 to 1999, he managed his own private investments in a number of start-up companies.

Since 2003, Mr. Lubash has been Co-Founder and joint CEO of Markstone Capital Group. Mr.Lubash serves on the board of directors of Elran Real Estate Ltd. Mr. Lubash holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management (1986) and B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California (1984).
